Our Mission
The Satterlee Foundation grew from a belief forged through service: we are stronger when we support one another. Founder Benjamin Satterlee served with the 82nd Airborne Division, completing two deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After losing three close friends and fellow paratroopers to struggles with addiction, he was inspired to honor their memory by helping others find connection, encouragement, and a community they can count on.
Our mission is to support service members, veterans, and their families across every branch of the military. We help those in need find resources that can make a difference and connect with others who understand the challenges they face. Whatever challenges life brings, everyone deserves a place to belong and people who stand beside them.
